Economical Storage of Bulk Goods

A Silo is needed for a rational and fully automatic operation with larger quantities. Packing waste and manual handling of bags and big bags are avoided by the use of silos.

With the use of the correct discharge system, e.g. Discharge agitators, stirrer locks or ventilation systems, flow problems during the product do not occur at all. The use of air conditioning prevents hygroscopic products from absorbing moisture during storage.

Optionally, the silos are made of a weather-resistant aluminum (AlMg3), stainless steel, painted steel or glass fiber with reinforced plastic.

The standard silos are available with a maximum diameter of 4200mm and a height of up to 28m.

When dimensioning the silos we rely on our modular system. The silos are available with a long stand frame for installation on a foundation plate or with a short stand frame for installation on a steel or concrete construction. For exterior silos, an optional walk-in filter or penthouse enables a weather-proof installation of the filter and level sensors.
